I wanted to create Vinkeln (Magazine and Art Galleries) in order to highlight inspiring people and art. I wanted journalistic articles that had artistic photographs, for example in monochrome or using prisms. I wanted to be able to have articles with almost only photographs, and let the visual storytelling be in focus sometimes. Some articles have a lot of text instead, and the text is focused on facts and personal reflections from the writer; they don´t convey any political agenda, although the publisher stands behind human rights and values health promotion. It is also an archive, that captures the creative community as it is today. The art galleries feature light and dark art, as life consists of both shadow and light.
